Very nice post.

SEO can be complicated, but when you can actually have a conversation with someone about it, it’s much easier.

Good luck!

One thing I’ve found that really helps your search engine rank is to make sure your site is in your signature file on every post you make to a message board, blog comment, etc. If the site you are posting on is Search Engine Optimized, and spidered regularly (most bulletin boards are), and the board covers similar topics to your site, you will find that your sites rank will raise. You’ll also find that even running a small site you will improve the overall rank of the bulletin board some, especially if you link back to it.

Tools like the google site search feature can really improve your site as well. Rather than use, for instance, Wordpress’s built in search you can add a widget for google search. This does two things. First it gives your readers the opportunity to search for content outside your site. Second it usually causes Google to spider at least your sitemap.xml file for content.

That’s all I’ve got for now. Great post Usr_Local. I’d not see the actual test results. That’s pretty fantastic.
